01职位描述About the Role

我们正在寻找一位细心、有责任感的会计师（Accountant）加入核心团队。 你将负责公司的财务与账务管理，包括日常入账、报表编制、税务申报、预算分析与资金流控管。We're looking for a meticulous and responsible Accountant to join our core team. You'll oversee the company's financial and accounting management, including daily entries, financial reporting, tax filing, budget analysis, and cash flow control.

You'll work closely with management, clinic supervisors, and operations teams to ensure every expense and investment is accurately recorded, analyzed, and optimized, turning financial data into a powerful driver of business growth.

02主要职责Key Responsibilities

1. 财务与账目管理（Financial Accounting）1. Financial Accounting

• 负责公司日常账务处理，包括收入、支出、应收、应付账款的记录与核对。Handle daily accounting transactions, including recording and reconciling income, expenses, receivables, and payables.
• 编制每月、季度及年度财务报表（Profit & Loss、Balance Sheet、Cash Flow）。Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• 定期核对银行账目、现金账目、库存账与系统数据（如 QuickBooks / Xero）。Regularly reconcile bank accounts, cash accounts, inventory records, and system data (such as QuickBooks / Xero).
• 监督分馆账务整合，确保分支机构数据统一、准确。Oversee branch accounting consolidation to ensure all branch data is unified and accurate.

2. 税务与法定申报（Tax & Compliance）2. Tax & Compliance

• 负责准备并提交 SST、PCB、EPF、SOCSO、EIS、及 LHDN 报税文件。Prepare and submit SST, PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and LHDN tax documentation.
• 熟悉马来西亚税务制度及会计准则（例如 MFRS）。Be familiar with Malaysian tax regulations and accounting standards (such as MFRS).
• 处理年度审计资料、配合外部审计师与税务顾问。Handle annual audit materials and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
• 监控公司法定合规事项，确保文件与截止日期（filing deadlines）无延误。Monitor the company's statutory compliance requirements and ensure all documentation and filing deadlines are met.

3. 预算与现金流管理（Budgeting & Cash Flow）3. Budgeting & Cash Flow

• 协助制定年度预算、分馆预算及费用控制计划。Assist in developing annual budgets, branch budgets, and expense control plans.
• 监控现金流状况，分析收入与支出趋势，提供财务建议。Monitor cash flow, analyze revenue and expense trends, and provide financial recommendations.
• 定期向管理层汇报经营数据与财务分析报告。Provide regular management reports on operational data and financial analysis.

4. 内部控制与流程优化（Internal Control & Efficiency）4. Internal Control & Efficiency

• 建立及优化财务流程与 SOP，提升报账与审核效率。Establish and optimize financial processes and SOPs to improve expense reporting and approval efficiency.
• 管理发票、收据、付款凭证等文件的整理与归档。Manage the organization and filing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other documents.
• 参与系统化会计流程自动化（如 Notion、QuickBooks、n8n、Google Sheets 集成）。Participate in streamlining accounting workflows through automation (such as Notion, QuickBooks, n8n, and Google Sheets integration).

5. 支持业务与战略决策（Business Support）5. Business Support

• 提供分馆营收分析、成本分析、毛利率计算及 ROI 报告。Provide branch revenue analysis, cost analysis, gross margin calculations, and ROI reports.
• 协助管理层评估新项目或扩张计划的财务可行性。Support management in assessing the financial feasibility of new projects or expansion plans.

03任职要求Requirements

• 拥有会计、财务或相关专业文凭或学士学位。A diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 至少 2 年以上会计或审计工作经验（有连锁品牌或诊所经验者优先）。At least 2 years of experience in accounting or auditing (experience with chain brands or clinics is preferred).
• 熟悉 QuickBooks Online / Xero / Excel / Google Sheets。Proficiency in QuickBooks Online / Xero / Excel / Google Sheets.
• 熟悉马来西亚税务法规与报税流程。Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations and tax filing procedures.
• 细心、诚信、具备强烈的责任感与时间管理能力。Meticulous, honest, with strong accountability and time management skills.
• 能独立完成工作，并具备良好的沟通与协作能力。Able to work independently and with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

分条件（Preferred Skills）Preferred Skills

• 有使用 Notion、n8n、或自动化财务系统的经验。Experience using Notion, n8n, or automated financial systems.
• 有管理多分馆账务或中小型集团账目的经验。Experience managing multi-branch accounting or mid-sized group accounts.
• 对品牌成长、数据分析与财务优化有兴趣。Keen interest in brand growth, data analysis, and financial optimization.
