发展新的社群，构建社群业务矩阵Develop new communities and build our community business matrix
不断优化、调整社群运营方法，并对用户覆盖率Continuously optimize and refine community management methods to improve user reach and engagement
发展公司核心粉丝群，引导社群自运营Build our core fan base and nurture community self-management
负责社群运营和维护，引导用户进入社群，提升运营忠诚度Manage community operations and maintenance, guide users into the community, and enhance operational loyalty
负责转接电话、解答顾客一般问题Handle phone transfers and answer common customer inquiries
负责接待来诊所的顾客、完成接待、指引、安排等流程Welcome customers visiting our clinics, complete reception procedures, provide guidance and arrange appointments
负责关注现场服务环境、按照标准为顾客提供完善服务Monitor on-site service environment and deliver excellent service to customers according to our standards
负责及时完成接待、顾客意见调查等相关数据汇报、上报Promptly complete reception reports, customer feedback surveys and other relevant data submissions

02职位需要Requirements

沟通能力较强、理解能力较好、工作态度积极Strong communication skills, good comprehension abilities, and a positive work attitude
性格活泼开朗能够以 3 大语言沟通Outgoing and friendly personality with fluency in 3 languages
良好的工作态度，遵守纪律，有责任感Good work attitude, discipline, and a sense of responsibility
注重团队合作，良好的沟通与表达能力Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
对中医业工作有兴趣，稳定性佳，有向上心，有服务热忱者，Genuine interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine work, reliable, ambitious, and passionate about customer service
无经验者可，欢迎离校生No experience required — we welcome fresh graduates
有经验者将优先考虑Candidates with relevant experience will be prioritized
