01职位描述About the Role

根据公司协议评估、诊断并明确制定治疗目标Assess, diagnose, and establish clear treatment objectives in accordance with company protocols
根据患者评估，制定并实施有效的治疗计划Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on patient evaluations
独立管理所有病例，并向患者提供必要的信息和指导，帮助他们更好地理解和参与治疗过程，从而提升治疗效Independently manage all cases and provide patients with necessary information and guidance to help them better understand and engage in the treatment process, thereby enhancing therapeutic outcomes
按照专业标准撰写报告，以有序且恰当的方式向医生和相关专业人士汇报Prepare reports according to professional standards and communicate findings to doctors and relevant professionals in an organized and appropriate manner
及时完成病历记录、报告和文档Complete patient records, reports, and documentation in a timely manner
严格遵循公司协议，确保有效、安全且及时的病历管理。维持高标准的文档记录，以保证质量。Strictly adhere to company protocols to ensure effective, safe, and timely case management. Maintain high standards of documentation to ensure quality
如有需要，与中医师、专家和其他医疗专业人士合作，确保全面的患者护理Collaborate with TCM practitioners, specialists, and other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care

02职位需要Requirements

至少拥有物理治疗或运动科学文凭/学位Possess at least a diploma or degree in Physiotherapy or Sports Science
必须在马来西亚物理治疗协会（MPA）注册Must be registered with the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA)
良好的中英双语沟通技能Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese
必须是优秀的团队合作者，并展现学习意愿Must be an excellent team player and demonstrate a willingness to learn
欢迎有经验者或应届毕业生Both experienced professionals and recent graduates are welcome to apply
