01职位描述About the Role

Brewrista（通常由 Barista 咖啡师一词演变、结合 Brew 冲煮而来）即咖啡师，指专门在咖啡馆、餐厅或饮品店负责调制、冲煮咖啡及服务顾客的专业人员。现代咖啡师不仅制作意式浓缩，还涉及手冲、拉花、咖啡豆风味鉴赏与特调。A Brewrista (a modern evolution of the term Barista, blending 'Brew' and coffee craftsmanship) is a professional coffee specialist working in cafés, restaurants, or beverage establishments. They are responsible for crafting, brewing, and serving coffee with expertise. Modern Brewristas go beyond pulling espresso shots—they master pour-over techniques, latte art, coffee bean flavor profiling, and specialty drink creation.

• 负责调制、冲煮咖啡与特调饮品，为顾客提供专业的出品与服务Craft and brew specialty coffee drinks and beverages, delivering professional-quality service and products to customers
• 制作意式浓缩、手冲咖啡与拉花，稳定每一杯的出品品质Prepare espresso shots, pour-over coffee, and latte art with consistency, ensuring every cup meets our quality standards
• 参与咖啡豆风味鉴赏与新品特调研发Participate in coffee bean flavor appreciation sessions and contribute to developing new specialty drink recipes
• 管理吧台日常运作：设备清洁保养、物料准备与补给Manage daily bar operations: equipment cleaning and maintenance, ingredient preparation, and inventory restocking

02职位需要Requirements

• 沟通能力较强、理解能力较好、工作态度积极Strong communication skills, good comprehension ability, and a proactive work attitude
• 性格活泼开朗能够以 3 大语言沟通Outgoing and friendly personality with the ability to communicate in three languages
• 良好的工作态度，遵守纪律，有责任感Excellent work attitude, disciplined approach, and strong sense of responsibility
• 注重团队合作，良好的沟通与表达能力Team-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 对中医业和餐饮业工作有兴趣Interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine industry and food and beverage sector
• 稳定性佳，有向上心，有服务热忱者Reliable and committed, with ambition to grow and genuine passion for customer service
• 无经验者可，欢迎离校生No prior experience necessary—fresh graduates are welcome to apply
