我们正在寻找一位具有战略思维与执行力的 资深产品经理（Senior Product Manager），加入【不是中藥 itsherbs.com】核心团队。We're looking for a strategic and execution-driven Senior Product Manager to join the core team at 不是中藥 itsherbs.com.

你将主导我们 AI + SaaS 健康管理平台、品牌线上系统及用户体验生态 的整体产品规划与增长策略。You'll lead overall product planning and growth strategy for our AI + SaaS health management platform, brand online systems, and user experience ecosystem.

在这个岗位上，你不仅要懂产品，更要懂“人” - 如何让现代人重新认识中医、如何让科技真正服务于健康。In this role, you won't just understand products—you'll understand people: how to help modern users reconnect with TCM, and how to make technology truly serve health.

你将与管理层、设计师、工程师、中医专家及市场团队紧密协作，将传统中医的智慧转化为可扩展、可落地、可衡量的现代产品体验。You'll work closely with management, designers, engineers, TCM experts, and marketing teams to transform the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine into scalable, actionable, and measurable modern product experiences.

02主要职责Key Responsibilities

1. 产品战略与规划（Product Strategy & Roadmap）1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

• 制定产品愿景、路线图与优先级规划，推动品牌数字生态（诊所系统、SaaS、会员平台等）的发展。Define product vision, roadmap, and prioritization; drive the development of our brand's digital ecosystem (clinic systems, SaaS, membership platforms, etc.).
• 与创始团队协作，定义产品核心指标（OKR / KPI）及成功标准。Collaborate with the founding team to define core product metrics (OKR / KPI) and success criteria.
• 定期分析市场趋势、用户行为及竞争对手，提出产品创新方向。Regularly analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitors to propose product innovation directions.

2. 产品设计与开发协作（Product Design & Development）2. Product Design & Development

• 将业务需求转化为可执行的产品需求文档（PRD）。Translate business requirements into actionable product requirement documents (PRD).
• 主导跨部门沟通，协调工程、设计、市场与诊所团队，确保产品按期高质量交付。Lead cross-functional communication; coordinate engineering, design, marketing, and clinic teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
• 优化用户体验（UX/UI），确保产品逻辑符合品牌理念与医疗合规要求。Optimize user experience (UX/UI) to ensure product logic aligns with brand values and healthcare compliance requirements.
• 推动系统自动化、AI 模块整合（如智能诊断建议、患者行为分析、数据可视化等）。Drive system automation and AI module integration (e.g., intelligent diagnosis suggestions, patient behavior analysis, data visualization).

3. 数据与增长驱动（Data & Growth）3. Data & Growth

• 分析产品使用数据与患者行为数据，找出增长瓶颈与优化机会。Analyze product usage and patient behavior data to identify growth bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• 与 Growth 团队合作，设计产品漏斗（Funnel）、转化率优化（CRO）、留存机制。Partner with the Growth team to design product funnels, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and retention mechanisms.
• 制定实验计划（A/B Test）、追踪核心指标（如患者留存率、平均客单价、生命周期价值）。Develop experimentation plans (A/B testing) and track key metrics (e.g., patient retention rate, average order value, lifetime value).

4. 团队与文化建设（Leadership & Collaboration）4. Leadership & Collaboration

• 指导并培养初级产品经理或产品助理。Mentor and develop junior product managers or product assistants.
• 建立高效沟通机制与工作流程，提高团队协同效率。Establish efficient communication mechanisms and workflows to improve team collaboration.
• 将“用户导向 + 数据思维 + 品牌温度”融入产品文化中。Embed 'user-centric + data-driven + brand warmth' into product culture.

03任职要求Requirements

• 拥有市场或相关领域学位。Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• 至少 3 年以上产品管理经验（有 SaaS / 健康科技 / 电商平台经验者优先）。At least 3+ years of product management experience (experience in SaaS / health tech / e-commerce platforms is a plus).
• 熟悉产品生命周期管理（从 0 到 1 的产品构建及迭代）。Proficiency in product lifecycle management (building and iterating products from 0 to 1).
• 熟练使用产品与项目管理工具（Notion、Figma、Jira、Google Workspace 等）。Strong command of product and project management tools (Notion, Figma, Jira, Google Workspace, etc.).
• 有强烈的逻辑思维、系统思维与商业敏锐度。Strong logical thinking, systems thinking, and business acumen.
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能跨团队整合资源推动结果。Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills to drive results.
• 英语与中文沟通流利。Fluent in English and Chinese.

• 有健康、保健、医疗、AI 或中医产业相关经验。Experience in health, wellness, medical, AI, or TCM industries.
• 熟悉 SaaS 商业模式与订阅制产品策略。Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription-based product strategy.
• 对用户心理、UX/UI、数据可视化或自动化流程设计有深入理解。Deep understanding of user psychology, UX/UI, data visualization, or automated workflow design.
• 具备创业心态，乐于在快速变化、资源有限但潜力巨大的环境中成长。Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-changing, resource-constrained but high-potential environment.
