02主要职责Key Responsibilities

1. 临床诊疗与个案管理（Clinical Consultation）1. Clinical Consultation & Case Management

• 负责日常门诊接诊，为患者进行中医辨证、诊断与治疗（针灸、拔罐、刮痧、调理处方等）。Conduct daily clinical consultations, providing TCM pattern differentiation, diagnosis, and treatment (acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, herbal prescriptions, etc.).
• 针对不同体质及症状提供个性化治疗方案（内科、妇科、脾胃调理、痛症、备孕等）。Tailor treatment plans to individual constitutions and conditions (internal medicine, gynecology, digestive health, pain management, fertility support, etc.).
• 跟进患者疗效、更新病历与健康档案，提升患者守约率与满意度。Monitor patient progress, update medical records and health profiles, and enhance appointment adherence and satisfaction.

2. 健康教育与品牌倡导（Health Education & Brand Experience）2. Health Education & Brand Experience

• 向患者讲解中医理念与日常养生知识，建立信任与品牌认同感。Educate patients on TCM principles and daily wellness practices, building trust and brand affinity.
• 参与品牌活动（讲座、视频、健康市集等），提升公众对中医的理解。Participate in brand activities (talks, video content, wellness markets, etc.) to deepen public understanding of TCM.
• 以现代方式诠释中医文化，成为中医与现代人生活之间的桥梁。Interpret TCM culture through a modern lens, serving as a bridge between TCM wisdom and contemporary life.

3. 数据化与系统应用（Data & System Integration）3. Data & System Integration

• 使用公司内部系统（Notion / Patient Management System / AI Dashboard）记录病历与疗程。Use company systems (Notion / Patient Management System / AI Dashboard) to document medical records and treatment progress.
• 根据数据分析结果优化疗程建议、提升疗效与诊所运营效率。Apply data insights to optimize treatment recommendations, enhance clinical outcomes, and improve clinic efficiency.
• 协助研发团队完善中医数据模型与诊疗逻辑。Collaborate with the R&D team to refine TCM data models and diagnostic protocols.

4. 团队协作与专业成长（Collaboration & Continuous Learning）4. Collaboration & Professional Growth

• 与其他中医师、治疗师、营运与品牌团队合作，确保诊疗体验一致。Work seamlessly with fellow TCM physicians, therapists, operations, and brand teams to ensure consistent patient experience.
• 参与内部医学研讨、病例分享、临床培训课程。Participate in internal medical seminars, case discussions, and clinical training programs.
• 积极学习现代医疗理念与沟通技巧，持续成长为全方位健康顾问。Embrace modern healthcare approaches and communication techniques, evolving into a comprehensive wellness advisor.

03任职要求Requirements

• 中医本科文凭或以上Bachelor's degree or higher in TCM
• 必须受到马来西亚高等教育部国家学术资格鉴定机构 (MQA) 承认Qualifications must be recognized by Malaysia's Ministry of Higher Education National Academic Credential Recognition Agency (MQA)
• 或向『3 大中医组织』注册的中医师Or registered with one of Malaysia's 3 major TCM regulatory bodies
• 对中医要有一定的热忱，还有医德和责任感很重要Genuine passion for TCM, with strong medical ethics and sense of responsibility

分条件（Preferred Skills）Preferred Skills

• 熟悉 Notion、Google Workspace、或数字化诊疗系统。Familiarity with Notion, Google Workspace, or digital clinical management systems
• 对 AI、SaaS、中医现代化发展有兴趣。Interest in AI, SaaS, and modernization of TCM practice
• 能使用中英文或中英巫文沟通更佳。Proficiency in Chinese and English, or Chinese, English, and Malay communication is a plus
